INGREDIENTS: 0.50 c. lowfat Greek yogurt 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 3 - 4 dashes tabasco sauce (optional) Kosher salt Pepper 1 scallion 1 tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley 2 oz. blue cheese (buy a 4 oz container and easily double the recipe) Cucumbers Carrots Radishes Potato chips and/or tortilla chips DIRECTIONS: 1. In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, Tabasco (if using), and salt and pepper to taste. 2. Stir in the scallion and parsley, then the blue cheese. Serve with radishes, cucumbers, carrots, and assorted chips.
